
Jenny has worked across a range of NHS CAMHS services and specialist Autism assessment teams, including second opinion services. She also contributes to work within NHS Trusts to help reduce autism assessment waiting times.
Elinor works in a thoughtful and holistic way, with a strong commitment to understanding the whole person.
She has particular experience in working with young people whose presentations are complex, including where Neurodevelopmental differences overlap with Mental Health needs or other conditions.
Her work focuses on recognising and supporting both strengths and difficulties, helping individuals and families to develop a clearer and more balanced understanding of their experiences.
Elinor is passionate about helping young people thrive when their Neurodevelopmental differences are understood, valued and supported.
Elinor has extensive experience in leadership, training and supervision within Multi-Disciplinary Teams.
She provides specialist training to clinicians and contributes to regional and national ADOS training programmes, supporting professionals to develop their skills in Autism assessment.
